Verified client work

SEO case studies with numbers you can inspect.

Client names are withheld for confidentiality. The results are not vague: each case study states the tracked period, starting point, ending point, source and limitations. No invented testimonials and no claim that SEO caused revenue we cannot attribute.

The evidence

Two long-term projects, two measurable outcomes.

Both projects involve international wholesale e-commerce. One started with very little tracked visibility. The other already ranked well and needed to turn a strong base into category leadership.

E-commerce SEO · 2025–2026

From 19 to 150 top-10 rankings

An international wholesale jewelry store grew tracked visibility from 2.31% to 32.36%. The monitored keyword set finished with 99 position-one rankings and 150 keywords in the top 10.

International B2B SEO · 2024–2026

66 position-one rankings and 22.9K estimated visits

A global wholesale supplier increased tracked visibility from 22.14% to 63.37%. By the end of the export, 66 of 116 monitored keywords ranked in position one.

Why anonymous? These are active client businesses. Confidentiality removes the logo and domain, not the dates or data. The public pages deliberately omit screenshots because the supplied reports display the client domains.
How to read the numbers

Results without the usual case-study theatre.

Rank-tracking data shows movement in a defined keyword set. Third-party traffic estimates show market visibility, not exact analytics. Revenue is only included when client analytics supports it, and it is never presented as proof that SEO alone created every sale.

01

Exact periods

Every ranking comparison uses the first and last dates in the supplied export. We do not hide the timeframe behind “recent growth.”

02

Named source types

Position Tracking, Domain Overview and GA4 are labelled so you can distinguish monitored rankings, modeled estimates and first-party commerce data.

03

No false attribution

Revenue can support commercial context. Without channel-level attribution and a controlled counterfactual, it does not prove that SEO created the full amount.

04

Confidential, not vague

Client domains stay private, while business model, market, starting position, results and measurement limitations stay visible.

Side by side

Both engagements, the same six measures.

Every figure below is the first and last value in the supplied Semrush Position Tracking export for that client. Nothing is averaged, projected or rounded in our favour.

Read the difference, not just the size. The e-commerce project was an expansion problem: most of the query set had no ranking at all, so the gain came from becoming visible across a much wider commercial footprint. The B2B project was a consolidation problem: the site already ranked for most of its terms, so the gain came from moving queries that sat in positions two to ten into position one. The same six measures describe two genuinely different pieces of work, which is why the raw percentages are not comparable to each other.

Both are documented in full, including measurement caveats: the e-commerce case study and the international B2B case study. The diagnostic that starts this kind of engagement is our SEO audit, and what it costs is on the pricing page.
